Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Boutique Team Leader for our University Village boutique. You will be a key member of the store leadership team, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching sales associates to become product knowledge experts.

You will lead in a fast-paced environment, focus on people leadership, operations, and customer satisfaction, and contribute to a culture of excellence and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Patience for day-to-day challenges; resourceful troubleshooting on the spot.
• Effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
• Punctual and available to work open/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive results as manager on duty; maximize store productivity and customer relationships.
• Cultivate personalized coffee experiences and share product knowledge and sustainability practices.
• Lead and coach the team to drive sales and service performance.
• Maintain store standards: cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, cash processes and safety.
• Collaborate with colleagues; provide feedback and foster a growth mindset to solve problems.
