Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our boutique at Montgomery Mall. You will co-lead the store with the Boutique Manager, driving sales, operations, and an exceptional customer experience that reflects our House of Hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and teach the team, delivering the store's signature hospitality to customers.
• Drive sales through daily coaching and effective communication with the boutique team.
• Develop and grow the store team, champion ongoing learning and development.
• Ensure all store operations, inventory, scheduling, and processes are implemented.
• Guide customers to identify their perfect coffee match and share sustainability practices.
