You will drive daily sales, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining a strong emphasis on hospitality and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional management experience in fast-paced or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of multiple direct reports.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embodies Customer Service Excellence and educates customers on coffee and sustainability.
• Drive Sales Results through team coaching and performance evaluation with Boutique Manager.
