Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Los Angeles seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage non-selling functions of the boutique, including shipping/receiving, inventory, loss prevention, POS and facilities upkeep. You will support boutique management and help optimize daily operations to deliver premium customer service.

The role requires 3+ years in retail operations, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail stock associate experience, with an operations background.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move/handle merchandise and fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Availability to travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all shipping and receiving functions that affect store inventory are processed accurately by verifying purchase orders and tickets.
• Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area and ensure merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
• Participate in all inventory and cycle counts.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, security, and procedures.
• Train, coach, and manage associates in operations tasks such as POS, returns, alterations, safety and security.
• Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and RTVs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure adequate security and that facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances.
• Assist with payroll management and scheduling, ensuring compliance with budgets.
• Help solve problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Provide outstanding service to customers.
