Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Waikiki seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day non-selling functions of the boutique, including payroll, POS, shipping, loss prevention, and facilities. You will work with boutique management as part of the leadership team to optimize efficiency and guest service.

The role requires 5+ years of retail store management, a flexible schedule, and strong people skills to train staff, manage inventory, and coordinate with central distribution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management with strong operations background.
• Full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with company policies, security, and inventory procedures.
• Train, coach, and manage associates in operations tasks and POS procedures.
• Monitor receiving, RTVs, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure facilities safety and proper security measures.
• Assist payroll management and scheduling within budget.
• Provide outstanding service to customers.
