Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day boutique operations in Atlanta, ensuring compliance with Maison policies and driving operational excellence. You will manage the Operations team, coordinate logistics, inventory, and transactional flows, and partner with boutique management to optimize costs and resources.

The role requires 5–8 years in luxury retail operations, strong Excel and SAP skills, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required.
• 5–8 years of operations management experience in luxury retail environment.
• Experience in leading leaders and managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Cartier policies and procedures within the boutique and drive compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations and development of the Operations team.
• Manage financial aspects of boutique sales and ensure timely submission of paperwork to corporate teams.
