Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Manager to uphold Maison standards and drive operational excellence across boutique activities. The role oversees the operations team, inventory movement, shipments, and financial processes, ensuring compliance and a high‑quality client experience.

The candidate will lead with strong, proactive leadership, maintain procedures, and partner with management to achieve KPIs. Requires 5–8 years luxury retail ops experience and a business degree.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of operations management experience in luxury retail.
• Experience in leading leaders and managing direct reports.
• Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and compliance within the boutique.
• Oversee inventory control and stock movements.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including shipments, transfers, and receiving.
• Oversee financial aspects of boutique sales and proper paperwork.
