Job summary

CHANEL Boca Raton is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the boutique’s operations, develop and enforce standard procedures, and support the leadership team to deliver an elevated client experience. The role focuses on inventory, shipping, staffing, facilities, and budget management in a dynamic retail environment.

The candidate will partner with Home Office Retail Operations to drive efficiency, coach staff, and maintain Chanel’s standards for service, ambiance, and process

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to lift 15 lbs. and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Own all operational functions within the Boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management.
Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency.
Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching, and inspiring the team to deliver flawlessly.
Assisting in managing the budget and forecasting expenditures for a multi-faceted Boutique.
