CHANEL, INC. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its Las Vegas boutique to oversee all operational functions and maintain the highest standards of client service.

You will manage SOPs, systems, and tools while partnering with boutique leadership to drive process improvements. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and forecast expenditures while ensuring a flawless client experience in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct boutique operations.
• Own inventory control, shipping/receiving, alterations, facilities, security, staffing, compliance, and expense management.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations on strategic initiatives.
• Lead and coach in-store staff to deliver elevated client experiences.
