Job summary

CHANEL in Honolulu, HI is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee the boutique's daily operations, ensuring flawless client service through expert SOPs, systems, and tools. You will partner with the Operations Manager and Boutique Leaders to share critical business knowledge and drive consistency across the team.

You will own inventory, shipping/receiving, alterations, facilities, security, staffing, and expense management, collaborating with Home Office Retail Operations on

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Ability to lift 15 lbs.
Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Own all operational functions within the Boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management.
Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to develop and execute initiatives improving operational efficiency.
Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver flawlessly.
Lead projects and assist in managing the budget and forecasting expenditures for the Boutique.
