Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations for Ala Moana to oversee boutique operations, working closely with the Operations Manager and Boutique Leaders to ensure a superior client experience. You will own inventory, shipping, alterations, facilities management, security, staffing planning, budgeting and forecasting in a multi-faceted retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational functions within the Boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to develop and execute initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
• Lead all operational staff, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver flawless client service.
• Foster a positive working environment with feedback culture, diversity, mutual respect and teamwork.
• Be the expert on SOPs, systems and tools, acting as a resource for theBoutique Team.
