Job summary

LVMH's Boston boutique is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day non-selling functions. You will supervise shipping/receiving, inventory control, loss prevention, POS, and facilities maintenance, helping drive smooth boutique operations and customer service.

You will train and coach associates, oversee security, payroll scheduling, and compliance with company policies. A minimum of 3+ years in retail operations and ability to work full-time including nights and weekends are

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of retail stock/operations experience.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move boxes/fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate shipping/receiving impacting store inventory; verify POs and ticketing.
• Maintain orderly stock/receiving area and ensure merchandise is properly ticketed.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, including security, funds, and records.
• Train, coach, and lead associates in operations tasks including POS, returns, alterations, safety and security.
