Job summary

LVMH Group is seeking an Operations Manager for our Washington, DC boutique to lead non-selling operations and support the leadership team. You will oversee payroll, POS operations, shipping/receiving, and loss prevention while ensuring cost controls and timely reporting.

The role requires experience managing retail operations, staff coaching, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will partner with central teams to optimize store performance and guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing store operations including payroll and inventory control.
• Ability to supervise payroll management and scheduling of associates.
• Strong communication and leadership skills necessary for a boutique team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day non-selling functions, including payroll, POS, shipping/receiving, and after sales.
• Prevent loss through compliance, security measures, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage supplier relations, supply orders, and facilities maintenance as needed.
• Lead training, coaching, and supervision of associates for operations tasks.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and record-keeping are followed.
