Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the boutique's day-to-day non-selling functions in partnership with boutique management. The role focuses on ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant store operations and supports leadership in delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of retail stock experience with an operations background, can handle full-time varied hours including nights and weekends, and possesses strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail stock experience with an operations background.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping/receiving, after-sales service, inventory control, loss prevention, POS functions, and facilities maintenance.
• Maintain operational reports and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Oversee back-of-house operations, store opening/closing, and security procedures.
• Assist payroll management and associate scheduling, ensuring payroll budgets compliance.
• Address service, efficiency and productivity issues while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping and receiving, after-sales service, inventory control, loss prevention, point-of-sale functions, and facilities maintenance.
• Maintain operational reports and records and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Keep back-of-house operations organized and oversee store opening, closing, and security procedures.
• Assist with payroll management and associate scheduling, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets.
• Help address service, efficiency, and productivity issues and provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle merchandise and fixtures, including lifting boxes.
• Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards, and to travel as needed.
