Job summary

Givenchy in New York's SoHo boutique seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage daily store operations, uphold brand standards, and support the business plan. You will partner with the Head of Retail Operations and Boutique Director, guiding staff and processes to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will lead audits, drive shortage reduction, and oversee risk management, while training teams on policies and procedures to ensure consistent performance and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in operations and store management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of profit improvement through shortage reduction and store safety improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure standards.
• Partner with Head of Retail Operations, Boutique Director, and staff.
• Lead audits and control processes; drive loss prevention initiatives.
• Train personnel on operations, policies, and procedures.
• Forecast needs and manage expenditures; report KPIs to Boutique Directors.
• Support risk management programs and drive continuous process improvements.
