LVMH is seeking an Operations Associate to help manage inventory, stock areas, and receiving functions in a Honolulu boutique. The role emphasizes accurate processing, loss prevention, and adherence to company standards for merchandising and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience handling receiving operations and merchandise handling.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to read, count, and write documentation accurately.
• Ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems.
• Comfort with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat stock and receiving area; ensure merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
• Accurately process inbound freight, RTVs, chargebacks, transfers and damages per policies.
• Support compliance with receiving practices, safeguarding funds and property, and proper record-keeping.
• Ensure stock is security-tagged to prevent loss.
• Communicate with central distribution and inventory control teams.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
• Assist floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assist in completing price changes within the boutique.
• Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise.
• Help solve problems and suggest improvements to service and productivity.
• Follow all company policies; participate in meetings and training.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by managers.
