Job summary

Givenchy in New York City is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our SOHO boutique. The role focuses on maintaining operational standards, supporting the business plan, shrink reduction, and risk management while upholding premium customer experiences.

You will partner with the Head of Retail Operations and store leadership to ensure policy adherence, train staff, and lead audits. This is a frontline leadership role within a luxury house under LVMH.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven track record of profit improvement through shortage reduction and store safety improvements.
• Ability to analyze people and situations effectively and provide direction to impact performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Establish partnerships with Head of Retail Operations, Boutique Director, and store personnel.
• Reinforce company policies.
• Propose improvements to store operations procedures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Client Relations Management.
• Provide/train store personnel in operations/systems.
• Internal Audit and Control.
• Liaise with internal and external departments.
• Contribute to development of Operations/Loss Prevention programs.
• Support Risk Management programs and reduce incidents and losses.
• Influence change to deliver results aligned with goals.
• Train store personnel on policies, procedures, and processes.
• Develop auditing and system controls competency.
• Set team goals and coach to achieve results.
• Report Operations KPIs to Boutique Directors.
• Forecast future needs and expenditures.
