Job summary

Christian Dior Couture is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain the boutique's inventory and stock areas, ensuring accurate receiving, proper ticketing, and secure handling of merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role focuses on minimizing stock loss, organizing records, coordinating with distribution, and supporting floor moves and pricing changes, with opportunities for bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail stock/shipping/receiving
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of merchandise
• Proficient in inventory control procedures and record-keeping

Responsibilities

• Process all shipping/receiving functions impacting store inventory accurately and efficiently
• Maintain orderly stock/receiving area and ensure merchandise is properly ticketed and scanned
• Process inbound freight, RTVs, chargebacks, transfers and damages per policy
• Support compliance with company policies for safety, security and records
• Ensure stock is securely tagged to prevent loss
• Coordinate with central distribution and inventory control
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising and housekeeping
• Assist with price changes and packing/wrapping for customers
• Provide problem-solving input to improve receiving area service/productivity
• Adhere to all company policies; participate in meetings/training as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
