Job summary

Christian Dior Couture is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the non-selling functions of the Boutique in a full-time capacity. You will supervise shipping/receiving, inventory, and POS operations, while maintaining security and store upkeep. Lead and train associates in operational tasks and ensure policy adherence to protect assets.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional service and efficiency in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

At least 3+ years of retail stock/receiving experience with an operations background.
Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of merchandise and fixtures.
Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations and standards.
Availability to travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure accurate inventory and verify purchase orders.
Maintain orderly stock areas and ensure proper ticketing of merchandise.
Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
Enforce company policies, security, and loss-prevention standards.
Train and lead associates in operations tasks including POS procedures and safety.
Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages and RTVs to maintain inventory integrity.
Ensure facilities meet safety codes and security requirements.
