Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in the United States is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain store inventory, manage stock areas, and safeguard company assets. You will ensure accurate receiving, ticketing, and proper merchandise handling while supporting floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.

This role emphasizes adherence to company policies, efficient inventory control, and collaboration with central distribution and inventory control teams to minimize stock loss and drive store

Qualifications

• Ability to handle receiving operations effectively, including proper handling of merchandise.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to operate inventory-control computer systems and related office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all shipping and receiving functions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area as well as the general maintenance of the store, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored
• Ensure the accurate processing of all inbound freight, returns-to-vendors (RTV's), chargebacks, transfers and damages based on Company policies and procedures
• Support the compliance of receiving practices with established Company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping procedures.
• Ensure that the stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss
• Communicate with central distribution and/or the corporate inventory control department.
