Christian Dior Couture in New York City is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain store inventory and stock areas according to Company standards, minimize stock loss, and safeguard assets by following inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities include receiving, processing inbound freight, RTVs and transfers, supporting merchandising and price changes, and assisting in packing merchandise for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle receiving operations effectively and accurately
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
• Ability to read, count, and write to complete documentation

Responsabilités

• Ensure shipping and receiving functions affecting inventory are processed accurately
• Maintain tidy stock and receiving areas with properly ticketed merchandise
• Process inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers and damages per policy
• Support compliance with receiving practices and safeguard company funds and property
• Ensure stock is secured with proper tagging to prevent loss
• Communicate with central distribution and inventory control
• Participate in all inventory and cycle counts
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping
• Assist in price changes within the boutique
• Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise for customers
• Help solve problems and improve receiving area productivity
• Comply with company policies and participate in meetings/training
