Job summary

Christian Dior Couture is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day non-selling functions of the boutique, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and loss prevention. The role supports Boutique Management with POS operations, after-sales processes, and facilities maintenance.

You will train and lead associates, ensure policy compliance, and assist in payroll and scheduling while safeguarding assets and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail stock experience with an operations background.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise and fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure store inventory accuracy and ticketing.
• Maintain orderly stock/receiving area and ensure merchandise is properly ticketed.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, security, and loss prevention.
• Train and lead associates in operations tasks including POS, returns, alterations, safety, and security.
