Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain store inventory, support shipping/receiving, and safeguard assets in line with company standards.

You will manage stock areas, ensure accurate ticketing and sensor tagging, participate in counts, assist in floor moves, and coordinate with central distribution to prevent loss. A hands-on candidate with strong organizational skills and retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with store receiving/shipping processes required.
• Ability to maintain organized stock areas and accurate records.
• Familiarity with inventory-control systems and ticketing/sensor tagging when stocking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipping/receiving functions affecting inventory are accurate and efficient.
• Maintain neat stock/receiving areas; ensure merchandise is correctly ticketed and sensored.
• Process inbound freight, RTVs, chargebacks, transfers and damages per policy.
