Job summary

Richemont North America, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Boutique Openings Project Manager in New York to lead the end-to-end development of new boutiques and relocations.

You will coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Real Estate, Product, Marketing and HR to align objectives, forecasts and investments. You will oversee 360° openings, establish integrated plans, manage governance, train teams, and drive readiness from concept to post-opening stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Retail Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management, retail development, operations, or luxury retail.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in boutique development, retail expansion, store openings, hospitality, or luxury environments strongly preferred.
• Strong project management expertise, and governance skillset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brief Phase Development & Project Definition coordinating boutique project briefs and business cases.
• Orchestrate 360° Boutique Openings with cross-functional taskforces and integrated plans.
• Governance, Planning & Stakeholder Management with cross-functional, international partners.
• Operational Readiness & Boutique Launch from 18 months pre-opening to post-opening stabilization.
• Project Management Excellence including tools, dashboards, and reporting standards.
