Job summary

Richemont is seeking a Manager, Retail Operations to oversee daily store operations and lead store development initiatives across the Americas. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure policy compliance while fostering scalable retail processes and strong partnerships.

The role emphasizes project management for new openings, renovations, and relocations, plus ERP/system enhancements and SOP creation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a multi-store retail role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant education/experience considered.
• Strong project management with cross-functional stakeholders, milestones, and budget accountability.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage daily retail operations per Maison and Richemont policies across the Americas.
• Lead as primary project manager for NSO, renovations, and relocations; coordinate with Store Design and cross-functional partners.
• Develop and evolve NSO processes, checklists, and communication strategies for continuous improvement.
