Richemont North America, Inc. seeks a senior boutique leader in New Jersey to drive luxury sales and client experience. You will build long-lasting client relationships, lead a high-performing team, and partner with regional and corporate teams to meet KPIs and grow the business.

Role requires extensive luxury retail experience, direct report management, and availability for weekend hours. SAP experience and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality
• Experience managing direct reports
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and travel for training/events

Responsabilités

• Lead business development for the boutique and build client relationships
• Drive sales targets and KPIs with the care service team
• Develop and implement boutique sales strategy and client outreach (CRM)
• Collaborate with Boutique Management, Regional, and corporate partners
• Provide leadership to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure Cartier standards and create a productive boutique environment
