Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Senior Manager, Network Development to lead retail development projects from initial brief through boutique openings across a regional scope.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive governance, prepare executive updates, and ensure operational readiness for openings, relocations, renovations, and expansions. The role requires strong PM, stakeholder mgmt, and communication skills for luxury retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in project management, retail development, operations, or luxury retail.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in boutique development, retail expansion, store openings, hospitality, or luxury environments preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills; advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop project briefs, business cases, sales forecasts, and strategic rationale for boutique development projects.
• Lead cross-functional taskforces and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Establish governance frameworks, facilitate stakeholder decision-making, and prepare executive updates and presentations.
• Coordinate operational readiness, recruitment, training, client strategy, assortment planning, and boutique activation through launch and stabilization.
• Maintain project management tools, dashboards, reporting standards, and lessons learned.
