Job summary

Richemont North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Store Development & Planning in New York. You will lead the design and presentation of POS, coordinate with internal design teams and external partners, and drive projects from feasibility through turnover across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in store design or construction management.
• In-house store planning experience preferred.
• Fluent in AutoCAD, Excel, Adobe CS, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Location scouting and budgeting to support project timelines.
• Lead design development and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Oversee pre-construction activities, bids and contracts.
• Manage construction across multiple projects, on schedule and within budget.
• Handle cost tracking, invoices and regular status reports; travel up to 30%.
