Job summary

SPIRE Hospitality operates two premier hotels in downtown Birmingham and is seeking a Complex Sales Coordinator to provide sales and catering administrative support across both properties. You will assist the sales managers with proposals, contracts, client communications, and day-to-day office tasks to help meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing documents, coordinating with departments, and supporting guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with office and sales systems, basic math, and office equipment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in hospitality sales administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coordinator support for two hotels, balancing daily workload and deadlines between the properties.
• Assist sales managers and regional director of sales in the sales and service process and office management, with a focus on optimizing revenue.
• Answer inquiries about hotel facilities, menus, and pricing; relay information to managers and client accounts.
• Prepare and process proposals and contracts; distribute memos and documents to relevant departments.
