Job summary

Doubletree-Birmingham-Perimeter-Park is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to assist clients in booking meetings and events, coordinate with hotel departments, and liaise with outside vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The role supports the sales and marketing team, answers inquiries by phone and email, and prepares proposals and reports to help secure business. A strong emphasis on customer service and cross-department collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Answer caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Respond to client questions about facilities, hours, rates and packages.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate by phone and email.
• Coordinate internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generate reports, prepare proposals, and coordinate with clients & suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
