Job summary

Spire Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Complex Chief Engineer to direct maintenance operations for two Birmingham properties. You will oversee energy management, preventative maintenance, and all repairs across guest areas and back‑of‑house spaces.

You’ll lead a collaborative team and coordinate with Front Office, Security, Sales, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Hotel or customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and safety practices.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance operations for two properties.
• Ensure energy management and preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee repairs in guest areas, offices, and staff spaces.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Security, Sales, Housekeeping, and F&B teams.
• Maintain property condition to high standards.
• Support guests with room calls and address concerns promptly.
