Job summary

The Warbler Hotel in New Orleans is launching as a 58-room boutique property and is hiring an Operations Manager to lead Housekeeping and support the Front Desk ahead of our September 2026 opening. You will report to the Assistant General Manager and partner with engineering and F&B to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel leadership, management, or supervisory experience, ideally in Housekeeping or Rooms.
• Boutique, lifestyle, or luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with hotel technology (PMS), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Housekeeping and support Front Desk
• Coach and develop a team focused on genuine, personal hospitality
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and departmental budgets for Housekeeping and Front Desk
• Partner with our Chief Engineer and F&B team to keep the guest experience seamless
• Champion guest preference and personalization systems so every stay feels considered
