Responsibilities

• Check in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
• Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably.
• Review arrivals noting special requests and block rooms as needed.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff via radio/phone.
• Open, secure, and balance daily shift bank.
• Follow established credit policies and maintain accurate records.
