Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in San Francisco is seeking a housekeeping team member to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will setup meeting spaces, restock supplies, and respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly, proactive attitude. A high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and good verbal communication skills, basic writing skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel areas and guest rooms.
• Provide friendly service and anticipate guest needs.
• Assist with requests from front desk and guests.
• Restock supplies and keep lobby areas tidy.
• Prepare and set up meeting spaces and events.
• Deliver items to guest rooms and assist with requests.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervision.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Be adaptable and assist with other duties as needed.
• Support team and uphold Kimpton brand standards.
