Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for customer service and good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, while delivering amazing service to guests.
• Act as an advocate for the hotel and develop relationships with guests that encourage return visits.
• Set up and maintain lobby functions and assist with guest requests.
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest needs and inquiries.
• Cooperate with team, possibly taking on additional duties as needed.
