Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead a full-service boutique property with a focus on guest experience and community engagement. You will oversee front office, housekeeping, rooms, and F&B operations while driving service standards and team culture.

We value leaders who can forecast trends, manage costs, and partner with senior leadership to maintain a positive, collaborative environment and uphold health and safety across the property.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing full-service hotels.
• Ability to travel for training conferences and meetings.
• Thrives in fast-paced, boutique hotel environments.
• Passionate about Internal Hospitality and core values.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience by leading a positive, collaborative team.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, rooms, and food & beverage operations.
• Ensure service standards and procedural consistency across departments.
• Forecast financial trends and manage labor, COGs, and F&B costs.
• Develop strategic objectives across FOH/BOH and administrative areas.
• Partner with Senior Leadership to foster a positive work environment.
• Promote health, safety, and cleanliness throughout the property.
