Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing full-service hotels.
• Ability to travel for training conferences, etc.
• Thrive in fast-paced boutique hotel environments.
• Passionate about Internal Hospitality and core values.
• Strong problem resolution, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations: front office, housekeeping, rooms, food and beverage.
• Lead by example and promote health, safety, and cleanliness across the property.
• Set and maintain service standards; manage annual budget and variances.
• Forecast trends to control labor, cost of goods sold, food & beverage costs.
• Partner with Senior Leadership to sustain a positive, collaborative work environment.
