The Hay-Adams in Washington, DC is seeking a hospitality teammate to ensure excellent guest service in our dining area. You will assist in cleaning, set-up, and restocking service stations to support the dining team and maintain a premier guest experience.

Responsibilities include assisting servers, serving beverages, and keeping dining and service areas clean and organized in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 3–6 months related experience.
• Must have good working knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent guest service and guest care priority.

Aufgaben

• Set up and stock assigned work area by hotel standards.
• Assist in cleaning and resetting tables.
• Assist server with serving beverages (coffee, tea, water, etc).
• Maintain clean and stocked service stations and work areas.
• Retrieve and organize china, glassware, and stewarding items.
• Return dirty dishes to dishwashing area and collect clean ones.
• Maintain floor areas clean and dry and report any damages.
