Job summary

Embassy Suites Georgetown in Washington, DC invites a friendly restaurant busser to support service by resetting tables, replenishing glassware and assisting servers across all shifts.

Maintain clean dining areas, ensure proper setup, and help deliver a welcoming guest experience in a high-volume luxury hotel environment. Prior guest-service experience is a plus and reliability a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated and set tables with required items.
• Place tableware on tables and serve water and bread baskets as needed.
• Refill beverages, remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed.
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave and maintain health and safety regulations.
• Assist servers and hosts and keep the lounge and restaurant neat at all times.
• Sweep and mop restaurant areas at end of shift.
