Job summary

The NOW Massage is seeking an energetic front desk team member in Chicago to welcome guests, manage appointments, and drive retail and membership sales. You will be the first impression of our boutique, ensuring a luxury guest experience and supporting daily operations.

You’ll recommend services, memberships, and products, helping clients find the best fit while meeting monthly sales and membership goals in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Sales experience or comfort recommending memberships, services and products.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Spa, salon, hospitality, wellness, or retail experience is a plus.
• Experience with booking software or POS systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a luxury-level guest experience.
• Manage scheduling, check-ins, phone calls, and client communication.
