Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead all Front Office operations, provide mentorship to the team, and ensure exceptional guest service. The role requires balancing revenues, supervising staff, and coordinating schedules while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hospitality management experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and proficiency with Opera and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations with integrity.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office operations and maintain high guest service levels.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and supervision to the Front Office team.
• Balance revenues by reviewing transactions and balancing ledgers.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling; cover shifts as needed.
• Ensure adherence to cash and credit handling procedures.
• Oversee VIP arrivals and guest requests; respond promptly.
