Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees with proper documentation.
• Ensure proper coverage and on-time station assignments, including night audit shifts.
• Train and monitor service levels to meet Mystery Shopper standards.
• Maintain cash and credit handling procedures and guest ledger accuracy.
