Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and PMS systems.
• Detail orientation and basic math ability.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with warmth and efficiency.
• Handle reservations for hotel, restaurant, pool, and programs.
• Answer phones and guest questions courteously.
• Anticipate guest needs before they ask.
• Maintain a sharp daily log of guest concerns and resolutions.
• Coordinate with departments for timely fixes or follow-ups.
• Step in as the go-to problem-solver when managers aren’t available.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized.
