Job summary

voco St. Augustine – Historic Area is seeking a dependable Front Desk Agent in St. Augustine, FL. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and assist with inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

Able to work collaboratively with other hotel departments, maintain a welcoming lobby, and provide local recommendations to guests. Prior front desk or hotel experience is preferred, IHG knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with reservations, payments, guest requests, and questions
• Recommend local restaurants, attractions, and things to do
• Respond quickly when a guest needs help and follow through
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Keep front desk and lobby organized and guest-ready
• Take initiative and act on what needs to be done
• Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for voco
