InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services team member in New Orleans. You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, manage bookings and upsell opportunities, and provide local information to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues and turn feedback into positive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and set a positive tone for their stay.
• Acknowledge members and returning guests in person or by phone.
• Process bookings, upsell, and inform guests about stay improvements.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and check-in/out procedures.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and concerns.
• Assist guests with local information and escalate to management when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents.
• Maintain a professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Know daily events to assist guests with plans.
