Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants seeks a Restaurant General Manager for Finch + Fork. You will lead restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive profitability in a vibrant hospitality setting.

The role requires 3+ years as GM or F&B director, a hospitality degree, and strong budgeting and people skills. You will supervise staff, coordinate with sales and catering, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or management.
• Minimum 3 years as GM or F&B director.
• Food handler and alcohol awareness certs.
• Level 1 or higher Court of Master Sommelier cert.
• Strong budgeting, payroll, and inventory skills.
• Experience with Aloha/Avero, OpenTable, and ADP/eTime.

Responsabilités

• Provide guests with friendly and professional service.
• Develop annual marketing plan to expand sales.
• Manage revenues and expenses in F&B.
• Monitor cost controls and inventory.
• Direct daily activities of staff and training.
• Oversee Banquet and Catering operations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on strategies.
• Lead banquet operations and menu/pricing reviews.
• Ensure health and safety regulations.
