Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking an Area Director of Finance to partner with General Managers and Directors of Operations, providing financial expertise to meet business goals and ensure timely reporting.

You will direct accounting and control functions across area properties, maintain MIS integrity, and lead a team of DOFs through training, budgeting, and audits. Strong communication and hospitality finance experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Studies preferred.
• 3–4 years of director-level experience in hospitality finance preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to implement strategic plans.
• Excellent financial modeling, project management and critical thinking skills; strong work ethic.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, mentor and develop Directors of Finance across the region.
• Review financial documents and monthly P&L packages.
• Lead quarterly balance sheet reviews and coordinate with regional leadership.
• Collaborate with Ops, Sales and Revenue teams on area budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain relationships with asset managers and participate in owner reviews.
• Monitor cash flow projections and ensure alignment with funding and distributions.
• Ensure tax laws are followed and lead tax audits.
• Plan openings and transitions, including staffing and training of finance teams.
• Drive area initiatives and share best practices with DOFs.
