Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Philadelphia seeks a forward-thinking Front-of-House Manager to lead a skilled dining team. You will train staff, uphold service standards, and ensure every guest experiences hospitality from the heart.

Your role includes daily service evaluation, menu and liquor program oversight, budget participation, and collaborating with leadership to deliver memorable evenings. A hospitality degree and 2 years of management are preferred, along with flexibility for evenings

Qualificações

• 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Passion for creating and personalizing guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exciting, innovative, and memorable dining experience for all guests.
• Lead a front-of-house team with strong service etiquette and knowledge.
• Evaluate restaurant service performance and coordinate timely food production.
• Develop liquor and wine selection and supervise procurement.
• Assist General Manager in building annual financial objectives and budget.
• Assist in meeting financial targets by executing marketing plans and controlling costs.
• Communicate with management, staff, and accounting to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure regular evaluations and ongoing training for staff.
• Oversee daily cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Supervise non-supervisory staff and enforce company policies.
