Job summary

The Finch, part of Milkshake Concepts, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold hospitality standards, and drive financial performance in a high-volume, full-service setting.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team, manage labor, COGS, scheduling, and guest experience, and partner with culinary leadership to ensure strong FOH/BOH execution.

• Proven leadership and team-development skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and cost controls.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the overall operation of The Finch.
