Job summary

CHANEL in Beverly Hills is seeking a Boutique Facilitator to deliver the highest standards of service and support across boutique operations. This generalist role ensures seamless client experiences, assists sales teams, and helps manage inventory and cash processes while upholding CHANEL brand standards.

The successful candidate will be trained to be well-rounded in all boutique activities, with a focus on client experience, teamwork, and building strong relationships within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Basic cash handling and POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Process receipts, refunds, and credits.
• Provide brand ambassador service and support.
• Assist Operations with shipments and inventory counts.
• Support Fashion Advisors with packaging.
• Open and close registers and handle cash/deposits.
• Explain policies and documents to clients.
• Capture client data accurately.
• Gift wrap merchandise per CHANEL standards.
• Address client issues promptly via phone.
